What if I have special needs or dietary requests while attending HBLC?
Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference. For any dietary restrictions/special meal requests, please list your request(s) in the Special Needs section when registering. For all other needs, please call 1-800-727-1227 with your accommodation request. TTY: 561-799-6633
Will I earn recertification credits by attending HBLC?
All Premium Pass holders can receive credits to maintain their certifications from HRCI and/or SHRM. See here for complete details.
Are there any special hotel or travel discounts available to HBLC attendees?
All travel arrangements, including hotel and flight, are made by the attendee. Please see here for information and discounts on hotels and airfare.
Can I share my HBLC pass with a co-worker?
HBLC passes are strictly for the individual who purchased it and should only be used by that person. Sharing of passes is not allowed.
When and where do I pick up my HBLC badge?
Please have your QR coded registration confirmation email available on your mobile device or bring a printed copy with you to the on-site registration area to have your badge printed for you. If you have misplaced your confirmation email, you can have it resent to you by visiting the Attendee Resource Center.
