Group/Team Discounts
A minimum of 3 registrations from the same organization must be submitted together to qualify for discounted team rates. Team rates cannot be combined with any other discount offer. No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. Team registrations cannot be done online or by phone; they must be submitted via fax or mail using the Team Registration Form. Expo Only Pass includes access to the March 30 - 31 Expo Hall and all activities held within.

Qualified Professionals include HR practitioners, consultants, sourcing or selection advisors, analysts, students, or academics with a primary interest in HR.

Other Professionals include but are not limited to: employees of HR vendors not exhibiting at the Health & Benefits Leadership Conference, financial services professionals, and anyone who cannot prove a valid connection to HR or the benefits industry.

All requests for registration to the Expo will be reviewed and qualified individually. You may be required to demonstrate additional documentation for qualification, such as a company website. You will be notified if your registration is not approved. Show Management reserves the right to decline admission to the Expo at its own discretion. Solicitation on the Expo floor by non-exhibiting companies and individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion.

Credit Card Processing Policy.
Credit card payments are processed upon receipt. ANY PAYMENT CHANGES will result in an administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy
For all Pass types, registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing on or before February 29, 2016 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after February 29 will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations for the conference will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrants will not be refunded. Please email any requests for refunds to LRP reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, LRP’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

If you have registered for the conference and supplied an email address, you may receive transactional emails pertaining to your registration and promotional conference-related emails. You can opt-out of receiving our emails by using the opt-out link located within a received email message. It may take up to 5 business days to process your email opt-out request.

Special Needs
